5 Ways To Cut Caffeine And Boost Energy

A lot of us rely on caffeine to make it through the day.
Right?
But we all know that it's not healthy for us.
So how on earth are we going to stop this addiction?
No worries! I have managed to completely knock the caffeine out of my body and I have to say.... it feels great!
So here's how I did it.

1. Start To Slowly Cut The Caffeinated Drinks Out Of Your Daily Routine

Whether it is coffee or soda that has you caught in caffeine's grip, your going to have to start to work it out of your life.
You might want to try this on the weekend because yes, you're probably going to have a headache but if you don't quit now you never will.

2. Drink a bottle of water in the morning

I know what your thinking, Oh here we go again with these health gurus trying to tell me to drown myself in water and I'll feel great. But hear me out, I'm still working on drinking more water but one thing that has become a habit is drinking one bottle of water in the morning while I eat my breakfast. I've noticed that I've acquired a taste for it and it all started when I began drinking a bottle of water in the morning. It's worth a try!

3. Try tea

I know some people aren't very fond of tea and say that there isn't anything like a cup of joe. You might be surprised to know that there are certain non-caffeinated teas out there that boost your energy levels. I know you're probably questioning this but they really do work. It gives you the same amount of energy, if not more than coffee but you don't crash later on in the day. This is my personal favorite ;). There are many different flavors to try as well as different brands!

4. Try to get back into exercising

Again I know this is probably something you really don't want to hear but it really is true. One of my new year's resolutions was to get back into being fit and ever since I have felt GREAT!
I don’t have my usual 12 random body aches throughout the day. It really makes you feel amazing! Even if it’s five minutes 6 times a day I think it will really change your life. Just get up and do it, if you keep putting it off your never going to get around to it. I let each day motivate me to do more, my mind wants me to do it because I know it makes me feel incredible.

5. Don’t give in

Although it may be very tempting to just cave and drink that coffee when your head is throbbing and you just don’t feel like being strong today but trust me, it’s going to be better for you in the long run. Hang in there! You’re going to feel so good once you get over this hump! Trust me!

How I Save Hundreds Of Dollars On Household Products Each Year  I'm not going to make you read 10 paragraphs of nonsense before I actually tell you how I save big but there are a few things to add. This is not extreme couponing This is for people who have a full schedule and don't have the time to be a full-time couponer (because it IS a full-time job) but still want to save on household essentials. Last year I saved about $600 on laundry detergent, dryer sheets fabric softener, dish liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, air fresheners hair care, and pretty much anything you need.  Here is how I do it. Dollar General/ Family Dollar weekly deals. Let me explain. These stores offer coupons to people who sign up. It's completely free. You can add these coupons easily and apply them when you're in the store. You can use these coupons on anything but if you add the right ones you can save some pretty big bucks. Is it as extreme as couponing? No. I generally save...
