This is not extreme couponing This is for people who have a full schedule and don't have the time to be a full-time couponer (because it IS a full-time job) but still want to save on household essentials. Last year I saved about $600 on laundry detergent, dryer sheets fabric softener, dish liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, air fresheners hair care, and pretty much anything you need.  Here is how I do it. Dollar General/ Family Dollar weekly deals. Let me explain. These stores offer coupons to people who sign up. It's completely free. You can add these coupons easily and apply them when you're in the store. You can use these coupons on anything but if you add the right ones you can save some pretty big bucks. Is it as extreme as couponing? No. I generally save...

Now is the perfect time to get all those dreadful cleaning jobs off your hands.  Everyone is stuck in the house with this virus in town so it's not a bad idea to disinfect your home. Listen, call me crazy or paranoid but I don't want to be a new home for a nasty virus. Just saying. So why not kill two birds with one stone. Spring clean and stay safe! So here is a checklist of tasks that will have your house sparkling. After all, wouldn't you rather be stuck in a clean and fresh house than a cluttered disaster? *NOTE* This goes for all spaces in your home, before deep cleaning. You want to get your house "bare".                        DIY Disinfecting Spray (Sorry for the horrid image) As many of you probably noticed our local store shelves are empty of essentials a lot of us need in the waking of the coronavirus. One of these items is disinfecting products. We can't help that people are panic buying but it would be nice to disinfect our house while social distancing. This DIY natural disinfectant does just as good as Clorox does and the ingredients aren't cleared off the shelves. ( Win-win am I right)  What you will need.  Vinegar  Water Dish liquid Instructions:  Pour equal parts vinegar and dish liquid in a spray bottle. Then fill the rest of the bottle with warm water. Spray on surfaces and get them sparkling clean. ;)
45 Minute Ab Workout That Actually Works Trust Me 😉 It's 2020 so that means that a lot of you guys out there are looking to accomplish your new year's resolutions. Which might include getting rid of belly fat Been there done that . . .  I made this workout a few years ago and it really gives you results, all you have to do is do this workout 6 days a week ( rest on Sunday) and only drink water. That's it! One thing to mention is you can adjust the reps ( amount of times you do each exercise to you do each exercise) to your body. Of you're a bit more fit try 30 and if you are just starting and you think that 25 is too much then go down to 20. If you do this try to increase it by one every day. So Monday 20 then Tuesday go up to 21. Without further ado . . . here ya go - 25 Crunches -  25 reverse crunches  - 25 situps - 25-second plank  - 25 plank hip dips - 25 alternating toe reaches  - 25 leg raise and reach clap - 25 side t...

And it truly is one of the hardest battles that I have ever fought. I mean . . . when it comes to mental health in the workplace or in my case school, it's seen as voodoo and something no one should know about. Sometimes it takes a history of depression to notice the patterns. I didn't think that I was depressed and I even poured over the symptoms bu...
